FOWLER – Mary A. Wakeman, 50, died Friday, Dec. 18, 2009, at her Fowler residence.
She was born March 29, 1959, to Marion Ward and Mary Kay (Brown) Racobs in Pensacola, Fla.
She married Brent Wakeman Nov. 25, 1984. He survives.
She was a graduate of Dodge City Community College, receiving her associate of arts degree.
She was employed at the Meade District Hospital in medical records.
She enjoyed horses, animals, and fishing.
Other survivors include her mother; one daughter,  Rachel Clowdis and husband, Justin, Minneola; two brothers, Edward Byrne, Thousand Oaks, Calif., and Brent Racobs of Illinois; and one granddaughter
She was preceded in death by her father.
o Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary Chapel in Meade,  with the Rev. Ron Willard presiding.
Cremation will follow at the conclusion of the service.
Friends may call from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with the family present.
