Santiago Carrillo, 66, died Tuesday, Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009, at his home in Liberal.
He was born June 25, 1943, to Leonardo and Antdilina Patena Carrillo at Ojinga, Chi., Mexico, .
He married Manuella Montez January 1965. She survives.
He worked for Collinwood at Copeland and 15 years at Co-op in Sublette.
He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church of Liberal.
He is survived by four sons, Rudolfo Carrillo, Lubbock, Texas, Jose Carrillo, Garden City, Robert Carrillo, Mustang, Okla., and Raul Carrillo, Wichita; one daughter, Marybel Caro, Satanta; three brothers, Ruben Carrillo, Yarborough, Okla., Boniface Carrillo, Yarborough, and Aristeo Carrillo of Wyoming; one sister, Rosa Lugan of Mexico; and 13 grandchildren. 
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
o Rosary were at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 25, at St. Anthony Catholic Church.
Mass of Christian burial was at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 26, at St. Anthony Catholic Church with the Rev. James P. Dieker presiding.
Cremation followed Mass, and burial will be at a later date in Mexico.
