HUGOTON – Betty Ilene Boyle, 79, died Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009, at Stevens County Hospital in Hugoton.
She was born July 16, 1930, to Theodore Dudley and Rachel Anne (Blakesley) Seemann in Grant County.
She married Raymond Boyle Oct. 2, 1961, in Boise City, Okla. He survives.
She was a homemaker.
She enjoyed sewing, quillen and crafts.
Other survivors include one son, David James and wife, Jeanne, Fort Wayne, Ind.; one daughter, Cora Strickland and husband, Linn, Havondale, Colo.; one brother, David Seeman and wife, Vera, Independence; eight grandchildren, including Kristy McGaha and husband, Cody, Gurthrie, Texas, and Brent Omo, Hugoton; 22 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Clifford Dale James; two brothers, Theodore Seeman and an infant brother, Alva Lee Seeman; and two sisters, Avis Gilbert and Ruth McQuitty.
o Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 26, at the Assembly of God Church in Hugoton with the Rev. Benjamin Coats presiding.
Burial will be at the Moscow Cemetery.
