There was nowhere to run, and nowhere to hide for the Tyrone Lady Bobcats as the Balko Lady Bison pounded them, 73-33.

Balko blasted out of the gate to take a 33-4 lead in the first quarter. In the first, Jaylee Mays scored 10 of her game-high 16; Rylee Stocton scored all of her 11, and Brianna Brown scored 7 of her 15.

A 17-7 second quarter put the Lady Bison up 50-11 at half. By the end of the third Balko was up by 52 (66-14).

Tyrone’s top scorers, Tori Dumler and Rayna Wall combined to score just two points in the first three quarters. Dumler finished with 8, Wall with 7, and Samantha Weissel also added 7.

Balko (20-1) will travel to Boise City Saturday. Tyrone (7-13) will travel to Yarbrough tonight
