The No.7 Forgan Lady Bulldogs used a big first quarter to help them defeat the Buffalo Lady Bison 55-31 and remain undefeated.

Forgan jumped out to a 25-7 lead in the first quarter, and looked to be on their way to another easy win.

They hit a bump in the road in the second quarter when their shots were not falling, scoring only six in the quarter. Forgan still took a formidable 31-17 lead into the halftime locker room.

The Lady Bulldogs got their game back on track with tough defense in the third quarter, limiting the Lady Bison to only 4 third quarter points. Forgan scored 14 in the third, and lead by 24 heading to the fourth quarter.

Each team scored 10 in the final stanza, as Forgan moved to 13-0 on the season.

Kenzi Taylor was the leading scorer with 19,and Miranda Lopez scored 11 points in the first half on her way a total of 13. Jaci McGill went 4-of-8 from beyond the arc for her 12 points, and Samantha Leisher added 7.

Forgan puts their undefeated streak on the line again Friday, when they host county rival Beaver.
