After 15 years of serving LARCDVS, Melba Fishell enjoyed her retirement celebration Thursday afternoon. Coworkers and clients alike were on hand to thank her for her unwaivering service to the center. When asked how she would summarize the past 15 years Fishell said, “Lots of tears, hard work, but a lot of joy when we see the women succeed in their new goals and new life, and the wonderful hugs I have gotten over the past 15 years.” Daily Leader photos/Jessica Crawford
