What’s a Kansas Sampler Festival without offering foods and concessions from across the state. These concessions will be in Light Park this weekend at the festival.
Becky’s Bierocks, St. Francis

Hot meat wrapped in a flaky pastry. If you’ve never had a bierock this is your chance to try one. Menu: breakfast, hamburger with cheese and german sausage bierocks, cinnamon rolls, chips and drinks. Frozen boxed bierocks will also be available to purchase and take home. A new addition this year will be brats and kraut.
Dry Creek Buffalo Company, Chuckwagon, Wamego
Hey all you city slickers, gather ‘round the chuckwagon and cowboy up! You won’t find any better grub west of the Mississippi. Try some buffalo burgers with all the trimmins’. Menu: Buffalo Burger, Cheese Buffalo Burger, Mushroom & Swiss Buffalo Burger, buffalo brisket sandwich, Bison Chili, Bison Nachos, Buffalo roll up, Hand battered homemade mushrooms, jalapeno bottle caps, french fries and drinks.
M & S Delights, Arkansas City
Ready for something new and different? M & S Delights has just the thing.  Hand rolled egg rolls pork and beef, apple and cherry pie, fried rice, crab rangoons, wonton nachos, chicken on a stick.
Old Time Ice Cream, Harper
Never had old-fashioned, slow churned, soft ice cream? Well, come find out what you’ve been missing. The smooth, sweet, creamy goodness awaits you! Menu: homemade ice cream, water.
R & M Smokin Meat Wagon, Melvern
A new addition to the festival. If you’re a meat lover stop by and give them a try. They will be serving pulled pork sandwiches, pulled pork nachos, ham balls on a stick, BBQ sauce, chips, soda and water.
2 Y Enterprises, Yoder
2 Y Enterprises will be offering the salty sweet goodness of fresh popped kettle corn. Buy a bag to eat while you visit the exhibits, watch a historic performance or listen to a Kansas musician. Menu: German-style kettle corn
Kelley’s Festival Foods, Garden City
Want a meal that will travel? Smoked turkey legs or roasted corn on the cob are two perfect carry around foods. But come hungry because these legs are big! Menu: smoked turkey legs, roasted corn on the cob, fresh lemonade & cherry limeade and fruit kabobs.
Capone’s Famous Shaved Ice, Garden City
Take time to relax with your favorite flavor or a try a new one of Capone’s Famous Shaved Ice. They are looking forward to their sixth appearance at the Sampler Festival. Menu: gourmet shaved ice.
Spencer Browne’s Coffee House, Liberal
A local favorite, Spencer Browne’s Coffee House serves coffee from PT Roasting Company, founded in the side room of a Topeka restaurant in 1993, making it one of Kansas’, and in fact the country’s, oldest small-batch, specialty coffee roasters. If you are looking for something healthier and different, Spencer Browne’s is the place! Menu: Coffee, pecan cinnamon rolls, breakfast burritos, scones, lattes, iced lattes, smoothies and blended lemonades.
Fun Time Concessions, Wichita
Fresh squeezed lemonade and cherry limeade are the specialty here. They buy all of their produce from Cox Produce, a locally owned family run produce farm near Wichita. Thirsty? There’s no better thirst quencher! Menu: Lemonade and Cherry Limeade.
Pizza Hut, Liberal
Pizza Hut is a hometown favorite. Stop by and enjoy some hot pizza and grab a cold drink.
