Seward County Commission Chair Ada Linenbroker and Liberal Police Chief Al Sill battle two youngsters in a game of duck racing Saturday during activities at the Kansas Sampler Festival. One has to hand pump water into the troughs to move a toy duck down and back to the starting line in order to win the race. It was not reported who won the contest.
