HUGOTON – Hazel I. Kolb, 96, died Saturday, May 11, 2013, at Pioneer Manor, Hugoton.
She was born March 15, 1917, to Perry Campbell and Carolyn Inscho Campbell in Stevens County.
She married Frank Kolb Aug. 16, 1938. He died Aug. 11, 1982.
She was a member of United Methodist Church, Hugoton.
Survivors include her son, Perry Kolb and wife, Judy Newton; daughter, Patrina Reynolds and husband, Jack, Hugoton; three sisters, Verda Sullivan, Hugoton, Joy West, Hugoton, and June Lahey, Moscow; six grandchildren; two step grandchildren; many great -grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Donna Beth Kolb; three brothers, Wade, James Curtis and John Campbell; two sisters, Dorothy Thornberry and Mary “Katie” Teeter; and great- granddaughter, Sara Kolb.
• Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church, Hugoton, with the Rev. Harry Cross presiding.
Burial will be at the Hugoton Cemetery.
Friends may call until 6 p.m. today at the United Methodist Church, Hugoton.
