Several Lady Redskins will be traveling to the state track meet in Wichita Friday after turning in a second place team finish at Bishop Carroll Friday in the regional meet.
The Lady Golden Eagles dominated the meet with 183 points and first place finish followed by Liberal with 84 points.
Maize South and Kapaun tied for third with 79 points.
Gaby Galan qualified for state in the 400 meter dash and 800 meter run.
Destyni Lucero qualified in the mile and two mile, and Mercy Perez qualified in the mile.
Jai Chapman qualified with gold in the 100 meter and 300 meter hurdles.
Two Liberal relay teams, the 4x400 meter and the 4x800 meter, qualified for state.
Diamond Ward qualified in the triple jump, and Betheny Thompson qualified in the shot and discus.
