Three Rattler teams competed in tournaments over the weekend, and two of them finished first and one took second.

The 12-and-under Rattlers won the Hap McLean Tournament and previously took third at Hutchinson.

The 10-and-under Rattler were the runners-up at the Pratt Tournament.

The 11-and-under Rattlers also competed in their tournament.

In pool play, the Rattler 11s knocked off the Wichita Shockers, 11-6 and then defeated the Manhattan Rangers, 9-2.

In bracket play, the Rattlers lost to the Hutchinson Monarchs 11-7, defeated the Wichita Reds 3-2, and then dropped another game to the Monarchs 7-6.

The team will travel to Dodge City this weekend and is competing in USSSA rather than Cal Ripken.

The Kansas USSSA 11U State tournament will be June 27-30 in Kansas City.
