Bonnie Parkins, 72, died Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at St. Francis Medical Center in Wichita.
She was born Oct. 31, 1940, to William and Lura (Kirby) Hart in Liberal.
She married Charles Theodor “Lucky” Parkins III in Liberal. He preceded her in death.
She graduated from Liberal High School.
She was a cook for La Fonda Restaurant.
She enjoyed family and children.
Survivors include two sons, Alfred C. Ivey, Jr. of Kentucky and Steven C. Ivey, Lexington, Ky.; three daughters, Nancy Owens, Wichita, Chalice and husband, Alfred Eugene Bolt, Jr., Wichita, and Tracy Y. Keen, Emporia; one sister, Wilma Cothran, Liberal; 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
• Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Arkalon Cemetery.
