ELKHART – Rex Morgan, 71, died Friday, Jan. 22, 2010, at Morton County Hospital in Elkhart.

He was born Jan. 14, 1939, to H.C. “Code” and Elsie (Cridelbaugh) Morgan in Elkhart.

He attended Elkhart schools.

He worked for the City of Elkhart until his retirement.

He enjoyed going to have coffee with his friends.

He is survived by one brother, Don Morgan and wife, Kathi, Elkhart; four sisters, Alberta Lawley and husband, Al, Henryetta, Okla., Carol Satterfield and husband, Bill, Athens, Texas, Deanna Morgan, Kansas City, Mo., and Sheryl Turner and husband, Ronnie, Guymon, Okla.; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

o Graveside services were at 11 a.m. today at the Elkhart Cemetery with the Rev. Gary Murrell presidiing.
