Topeka — The Kansas Bankers Association (KBA) is pleased to announce Mark Schepers, President and CEO of The Community Bank in Liberal has been inducted to the KBA Board of Directors as a regional representative.

Mr. Schepers was elected by his peers in an election in July 2013 and his term will run for three years.

Schepers earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Fort Hays State University and is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado. Mark and his wife, Kathy have grown children; Hilary, Josh and Josh’s wife, Ofelia. They reside in Liberal.
