Obituary

SATANTA – Melody Kay (Brown) Stapleton Cordova Huff Shaffer Clutter, 64, died Friday, Sept. 13, 2013, at Satanta District Hospital.
She was born Sept. 12, 1949, the daughter of Wiley and Nina (Nelson) Brown,  in Nicut, Okla.
She went to cosmetology school at Liberal Hair Academy. 
She was a Cosmetologist.
Survivors include one son, Micheal Stapleton, Satanta; daughter, Tara Cordova-Blair and husband, Robert, Satanta; one sister, Darlene Lucas and husband, Randy, Satanta; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
• Funeral Service will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013, at United Methodist Church in Satanta with Rev. Kelvin Heitmann presiding.
Burial will be at Dudley Township Cemetery in Satanta.
Friends may call at noon Tuesday to service time at United Methodist Church, Satanta.
A memorial has been established for Melody Kay Huff Cosmetology Scholarship.
