Hazel Bell Riney Jasper, 97, died October 2, 2013, at Hospice House, Hutchinson. 
She was born June 24, 1916, in Hooker, OK to Guy Marcus and Eva Hazel Schriner Daniels. 
She graduated in 1932 from Hooker, OK, and attended Salt City Business College, Hutchinson. 
Hazel was a secretary for Winchesters in Hutchinson, and the City of Liberal. 
Hazel was a member of First United Methodist Church, Hutchinson and Liberal, Country Club in Liberal where she loved to play golf, and a member of BPW in Hutchinson. 
She loved to play bridge and make quilts for her family.
Hazel married Ben Bell in 1934; he died August 10, 1963.  Later married Robert L. Riney in 1966, he is deceased and later married Fred Jasper in 1998; he is deceased.
Survivors include, daughter, Barbara Carithers, Hutchinson, KS; grandchildren, Bobbie Kretzer and wife Cheryl, Leavenworth, KS, Brenda Kowitz, Hutchinson, Debbie Lundry, Hutchinson, KS, Linda Porter, Hutchinson, KS, Sonja Bell, Oklahoma City, OK, Charles V. Bell, Hutchinson, KS; sisters, Althea Hamlin, and Jean Ratzlaff both of Liberal, KS; brother, Alva Lee Daniels, Amarillo, TX; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Leland L. Bell; granddaughters, Bonnie Galloway, Michelle Kretzer and Jacki Scott;  two brothers, and three sisters.

• Memorial service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, October 12, 2013, at Elliott Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Tim Carey presiding.

Friends may sign the memorial book Sunday thru Friday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice House, Emanuel Lutheran Church or Waldron Place all in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
