"That" Liberal Band finally reached its goal of a “Superior Rating” at the High Plains Marching Festival at Fort Hays State University Monday. LHS Band students performed their Guns and Roses show on a cold and windy afternoon and received Superior Ratings In Marching and Maneuvering, Music Performance and Drum Line for an overall rating of Superior. Thanks to administration, faculty and staff for their help with this year's marching band. This photo shows the band at last week’s WAC Marching Festival at Redskin FIeld.  L&T file  photo/Robert Pierce
