Thursday night: Rain, freezing rain and sleet likely, possibly mixed with snow before midnight, then snow likely, possibly mixed with sleet between midnight and 1 a.m., then snow likely after 1 a.m. Cloudy, with a low around 16. Wind chill values as low as zero. Windy, with a north wind 24 to 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
