The Meade Buffaloes ran out to a 15-2 lead to start their first round matchup with the Satanta Indians at the Bluejay Invitational in Cimarron and cruised to a 53-28 win.

Jett Little led the Buffaloes with 20 points including two threes, and Morgan Davis added 15.

Meade followed up their fast start with a 14-8 advantage in the second to take a 29-10 halftime lead.

The Buffaloes kept the Indians in check in the third with a 9-4 advantage to push their lead to 24 heading into the final stanza.

Meade advances to the second round, which will be Friday at 3 p.m., where they will face the winner of the South Gray-Deerfield game that takes place today
