Mildred A. Mills, 92, died Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, in Athens, Texas.

She was born Aug. 20, 1921, to Everett and Valma Yoakum in Keota, Okla.

She married J.D. Mills June 16, 1938, in McAlester, Okla.

She had a career in medical records.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

She enjoyed baking, crafts and making quilts.

She is survived by her daughters, Judy Cushenberry and husband, Elisha, Athens, Texas, and Mary Kimery and husband, Duane, Haileyville, Okla.; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; one daughter-in-law, Saundra Mills, Wichita; and many relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two children, Cynthia and Jake; and her brother.

• Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Beaver United Methodist Church with Don Griffin presiding.

Burial will be at the Pioneer Cemetery.
