The lead changed hands three times in the fourth quater in a quality seventh grade game between Horace Good and West Thursday at Warrior Arena, but the Lady Hawks were able to hold off a last-second rally from the Lady Warriors in a 26-25 loss for West.

Several Lady Warriors had a chance to score the winning shot in the final minute, but none of the shots would fall.

West had an 18-17 lead heading in to the fourth quarter and stretched the lead to 20-17 before Horace Good made a free throw and a three pointer to take a 21-20 lead.

The Lady Hawks made another basket to take a 23-20 lead, but West scored the next four points to regain the lead, 24-23.

West tied the game with a free throw, but Horace Good made another basket to take a 26-24 lead.

West made another free throw to narrow the score to 26-25, and after Horace Good missed two free throws, West had a chance to win in the final 30 seconds, but all three shot attempts missed, and Horace Good held on for the win.
