MEADE – Rosella “Rosie” Ediger, 81, died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at her Meade residence.
She was born Nov. 7, 1932, tof Henry J. and Margaret (Classen) Isaac in Meade.
She married Frank N. Ediger May 14, 1952, in rural Meade County. He died June 30, 1995.
As a young girl, she attended and graduated from the Meade Bible Academy in rural Meade County.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Countryside Bible Church, rural Meade.
She enjoyed music, cooking, extending hospitality and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by one son, Darwin Ediger, rural Meade; one daughter, Wynelle Ediger, rural Meade; one brother, Don Isaac, rural Meade; five grandchildren, Carissa, Lacey, Tyler, Shaina, and Sherrese; and six great-grandchildren, Roman, Nevada, Hudson, Truman, Jackson, Lamar and Libby
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Wanda Ediger; a brother, Harvey Isaac; and two sisters, Esther Wiens and Erna Hedstrom.
• Celebration of life services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 29, at the Countryside Bible Church, rural Meade.
Burial will take place prior to the service at 1:30 p.m. in the Countryside Bible Church Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9 to 11:30 a.m. today at Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary, Meade.
Memorials are suggested to the Countryside Bible Church Cemetery Improvement Fund in care of the funeral home.
