The Amateur Trap Association had a registered shoot Sunday at Liberal.

Satanta’s Shawn Massey and Dalhart's Gene McDaneld tied for the overall winner in the 100 Singles event. Both turned in scores of 98.

Hooker’s Dale Mills won Class A with a 94, Liberal’s TC Maybell won Class B with a 96, and Beaver’s Donald Law won Class C with a 90.

In the handicapped division, Johnson’s MiChael Horinek was the overall winner with a 95 on 27 rounds.

Long yardage winner was Tyson Adams, Johnson, with an 89.

Maybell won the Mid Yardage category with a 90. John Taylor, Hays, won the short yardage with an 88. In 50 pair doubles, Maybell was the overall winner with a92 (Class B). Mills won Class B with an 85, and Charles Morton of Jenks, Okla., won the C Class with a 73.

The next ATA event is planned for April 12.
