In a battle of 2A ranked teams it was No.16 Sayre coming out on top 57-37 over the No.15 Hooker Lady Bulldogs.

Hooker trailed at the half 30-20, but still was within striking distance, but Sayre took complete control of the game with a 17-5 advantage in the third quarter to go up by 22.

The Lady Bulldogs had their best quarter in the fourth, but were still only able to cut into the big lead by two.

Hooker was led in scoring by Kyra Cathcart with 19 points, and Naomi Rodriguez added 11.

Hooker will face Ft.Cobb-Broxton in the third place matchup, Saturday at 3:50.
