ULYSSES – Josephine Nanez Torres, 74, died Monday, Feb. 3, 2014, at Bob Wilson Memorial Grant County Hospital, Ulysses.

She was born Sept. 28, 1939, to  Jose and Dorothea Flores Nanez in Cotulla, Texas.

She married Santos Torres Sr. in 1964 in Texas. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Armando Torres and wife, Alicia, Ulysses, and Joe Torres and wife, Tina, Ulysses; one daughter Mary Torres and husband, Junior, Ulysses; 14 grandchildren; 17 great -grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Santos Torres Jr.

• Memorials service will be  at 2 p.m. Saturday at Grant County Funeral Home, Ulysses.

Friends may call until 4 p.m. today the funeral home.
