A Kansas concealed carry handgun class will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Seward County Activity Center at 810 Stadium Ave. in Liberal.
The instructor is Don Leatherman, who is a certified concealed carry handgun instructor. The class is sponsored by Pioneer Firearms Supply of Liberal.
There is a one-hour lunch break, but lunch is not provided.
The class fee is $100 per student. Eye and ear protection is provided for range activities. Students must provide a valid Kansas driver’s license or a valid Kansas non-driver’s identification card. Students must provide their own handguns and ammunition.

The eight-hour class is approved by the Kansas Attorney General’s office and meets or exceeds the minimum requirements of the Kansas Concealed Carry Handgun Law.
