The No.12 Balko Lady Bison got off to a big start that led to a big win, 67-32 over the Tyrone Lady Bobcats.

Madison Dearmin scored 20, Riley Stockton added 18, Kylie Edwards 11, and Danielle Gentry 9 for the Lady Bison.

Alondra Avilez scored 12 points on four threes for the Lady Bobcats and Rayna Wall added 10.

Balko jumped out to a 17-6 lead in the first quarter. Tyrone got things going in the second, and outscored Balko 15-13, but still trailed by nine at the break (30-21).

The Lady Bison dominated the second half with an 18-6 third to go up by 21 (48-27), and outscored the Lady Bobcats 19-5 in the fourth to win by 35.

Balko (17-5) will host the winner of the Hardesty-Buffalo game Saturday for the district championship.

Tyrone (12-10) will play the winner of Yarbrough-Forgan Saturday at Forgan for their district championship.
