Hooker boys win Turpin Relays PDF Print E-mail

The Hooker boys team took home first place at the Turpin Relay Friday. Hooker sealed the win in the meets final event, the 1600 meter relay. Hooker’s only other golds came from Roberto Barrios, who dominated the field in both the 800 and 1600 meters.

Gunnar Lansden of Beaver took first in the pole vault, and Turpin’s Brad Alba won the 300 meter hurdles.

On the girls side Hooker’s Jessica Ugarte set a new meet record in the 400 meters, and Turpin’s Annalynn Kirkhart took home gold in the 100.
