Loudilla Maxine Johnson, 75, died Wednesday, May 7, 2014 in Franklin, Tenn.

She was born Sept. 16, 1938 to Stanley Maxwell and Audrey Irene (Elston) Johnson in Forgan, Okla.

She and her sisters established a country music business called the International Fan Club Organization. Their annual IFCO Fun Fest Show was a precursor to the current CMA Music Festival.

Survivors include brother Everett Johnson, Fort Morgan, Colo.; sister, Kay Johnson, Brentwood, Tenn.; and many other friends adn relatives

• Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today at the Beaver First Baptist Church with Jeff Bradley presiding.

Burial will be at Mt. View Cemetery in Logan, Okla.
