The Liberal City Commission will be looking at a light agenda this evening that includes one item – the first reading of Ordinance No. 4427, which concerns the re-zoning of some general commercial property to single family residential lots.

The re-zoning will be for surface rights only, according to the agenda packet, and will be in The Ranch addition of Seward County.

City staff will be recommending the commission advance Ordinance No. 4427 to a second reading, as recommended by the Planning commission.

After the ordinance is voted on, City Manager Mark Hall will give his report. After his report, the commissioners will discuss their items and will then vote to approve the vouchers. After the vouchers discussion, the meeting will be adjourned.
