Dorothy Hastings Tedford, 93, died June 27, 2014, at her home in Wichita.
She was born on July 30, 1920, to Charles E. and Hazel Brubaker Hastings in Wichita.
She married Bernard Webster in 1940. He preceded her in death.
She then married Lloyd Tedford in 1948. He also preceded her in death.
She graduated from Wichita North High School.
She worked at NuWay; Boeing, as a riveter on B29's; and the Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Co.
She was a member of and taught Sunday school at the First Christian Church in Liberal.
She was a member of the Liberal Eastern Star.
Survivors include daughters, Deanna (David) Cougill, Bella Vista, Ariz. and Lloyeeta Branham, Wichita; grandchildren, Susan Galen, Matthew Tedford, Ronald Hibler, Darold Hibler, David Hibler and Daniel Branham; great-grandchildren, Stephanie and Sam Galen, Sheldon and Brandon Hibler, Dorothy and Oliver Hibler, Matthew Fliney, and Beau and Madison Tedford; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Dan Bernard Tedford; and siblings, Don Hastings, Mary Jane Bruner, Gladys Winnifred Martindate, Roy Hastings, Lillias Berger, and Charles (Bud) Hastings.
• Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Greenwood Cemetery.
