The Bee Jays avoided being no-hit Saturday when a shot from Zach Reding became Liberal’s only hit in a 4-0 loss, and the Bee Jays temporarily fell into fifth place.

But Sunday’s 2-0 win put the Bee Jays back in fourth place, perhaps a critical position when vying for an NBC tournament bid.

Liberal will face Dodge City tonight and return to Brent Gould Field Tuesday to face the Puerto Rican Collegians.
