ROLLA – H.L. Hanna, 72, died Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at Via Christi Regional Medical Center - St. Francis Campus in Wichita.
He was born on July 18, 1941, to E.C. and Ettie (Martin) Hanna in Morton, Texas.
He married Diann Love on May 21, 1961.
He graduated from Morton High School in 1959.
He then attended the University of North Texas.
He drove a milk truck, was a gas station attendant and retired from Northern Natural Gas as a meter technician.
He was a member of Jaycees and the Kiwanis Club.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and reading.
Survivors include sons, Scott Hanna and Cole Hanna, both of Richfield; daughter, Ettie Archer, Lamesa, Texas; sisters, Betty Jean Neugebauer, Lubbock, Texas, Bonnie Richardson, San Angelo, Texas, and Doris Richardson, Morton; ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Alice Hanna; brothers, Buddy and Royce; and sisters, Pearly Dee and Joyce.
• Funeral services and burial will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 26, at the Rolla Cemetery, with Pastor Terrell Giddens presiding.
