Weaver, Mathresa Ann, 32, CNA and substitute teacher, died Wednesday, July 16, 2014.

She is survived by her parents, Raymond and Ann Meritt; children, Arick and Allison Weaver; step-children, Alec and Austin Weaver; brother, James Meritt all of Wichita.

Mathresa was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Everett and Ruby Meritt and maternal grandparents, Bob and Vivian Yoho.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2014, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby.

A memorial is established at the Credit Union of America, 5055 S. Broadway, Wichita, 67216 for her children, Arick and Allison Weaver Fund.
