Congressman Tim Huelskamp is under vicious attack from the CEO of an energy company, the liberal media and a super secretive out-of-state PAC.

They are assaulting his character in an effort to elect Tim's opponent who just moved here from California – and according to the Kansas Secretary of State, they have no record he ever voted in Kansas.

I know Tim Huelskamp. Tim is a person of character we can trust. The charges against him simply do not match up to the person I know.

We sent Tim to Washington to hold special interests and their politician friends accountable, not to join in their games.

Unfortunately, both parties have learned how to “play the game.’  The result is that the problems in Washington are too numerous to mention. The abuses of power and political games in the name of personal game need to be stopped.

It will take people of integrity working like Tim to bring it into order and stand up against both parties when necessary.

Tim is also a fifth-generation farmer.  His dad farms. His brother farms. He knows how to look out for our rural way of life. At the same time, he does not bow to special interests who want Washington handouts. Tim is not in Washington to line his pockets or those of big money special interests.

Tim was kicked off his committee by a Washington insider for one reason – he refuses to take orders from anyone but his constituents here in Kansas. That is unfortunately how bad Washington has become. And that’s why Tim Huelskamp is trying to change Washington, push back against Obama and make certain that Washington for us – not the other way around.

We can be proud that Tim Huelskamp is representing Kansas values. I will not let a secret out-of-state organization try to tell me how to vote on Tuesday, and neither should you.
