ABOVE: Judges had to rate the barbecue on a variety of criteria including appearance taste and tenderness. The top scoring chicken went to Smokeahalics, and Rise ‘N Swine was second. The best pork ribs were turned in by Clark Crew BBQ, and the runners-up were Salalamnilla Grilla. The top pork butt went to Rise ‘N Swine, and the second place was won by Wildcatters Q Crew.
