William Oren Mallory, 68, died Tuesday, July 29, 2014, in his home in Waco, Texas after a long illness.
He was born Jan. 10, 1946 to William H. and Helen (Gentry) Mallory in Syracuse.
He married Susan Helen Houston on June 23, 1973, in the Presbyterian Church in Tribune. She survives
He enlisted in the Navy in 1965 and served in the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged in 1969.
He was preceded in death by his father, W.H. Mallory on November 26, 1984 and his mother, Helen Mallory on August 15, 1997.
Survivors also include son, Brian Mallory and wife, Michaela, Amarillo, Texas; daughter, Nicole Mallory, Waco, Texas; three grandchildren: Kaitlin Mallory, Waco, Texas, and Ashlyn and Jillian Mallory, Amarillo, Texas; three brothers: Joe Mallory and wife, Robin, of Mount Angel, Ore., Tim Mallory and wife, Chong Hae, Seoul, Korea, and Terry Mallory and wife, Christine, Waco, Texas; sister, Pat McKinley, Pueblo, Colo.; and many nieces and nephews.
• Memorial services and a reception will be on Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014 at 2 p.m. in the Presbyterian Church in Tribune.
Burial will follow at the Greeley County Cemetery.
