Emanuel Alonso, 41, died Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at his parents’ home in Liberal.
He was born July 18, 1968, to Alejandro and Ana (Tinoco) Alonso, in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico.
He worked for Lyddon Aero Center fueling aircraft.
He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Liberal.
He enjoyed racing bicycles.
He was survived by one son, Elijah Perrault, Deming, N.M.; two daughters, Kathleen Alonso, Liberal, and Kristy Alonso, Liberal; five brothers, Carlos Alonso and wife, Rosa, Phelan, Calif., Jorge Alonso, Liberal, Abraham Alonso and wife, Diana, Liberal, Saul Alonso and wife, Guadalupe, Liberal, and Eduardo Alonso and wife, Rocio, Deming, N.M.; two sisters, Maria Lourdes Lule and husband, Gustavo, Deming, N.M., and Analine Dominquez and husband, Charlie, Deming, N.M.; and one sister-in-law, Yolanda Alonso.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Federico Alonso.
o Vigil and Rosary will be held 6 p.m. Sunday at St. Anthony Catholic Church.
Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony Catholic Church with the Fr. James P. Dieker presiding.
Burial will follow at Liberal Cemetery.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Kitch-Brenneman Funeral Home.
