SATANTA – Robert Lynn Ewing, 80, died Tuesday, August 26, 2014, at Satanta Long Term Care in Satanta.

He was born Sept. 15, 1933 to Walter & Grace (Fox) Ewing in Quahn, Texas.

He married Jo Konkler  Nov. 15, 1952, in Shamrock, Texas. She survives.

He was owner and operator for Ewing Electric & Construction.

Survivors also include son, Darrell and wife, Ada Ewing, Gymson, Colo.; daughter, Tammy Ewing; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Olan and Buck Ewing; and great grandson, Heath Stanley.

• Funeral services will be on Friday, Aug. 29, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. at the Satanta Baptist Church in Satanta with Pastor Rob Klingsick presiding.

Burial will be at Satanta Dudley Township Cemetery in Satanta.

A memorial has been established for Satanta Long Term Care Unit. Memorials may be mailed to Paul’s Funeral Home-Box 236-Hugoton, KS 67951.

Friends may call Thursday 2 to 7 p.m. at Satanta Baptist Church.
