Alma Elizabeth Plummer, 89, died Friday, April 2, 2010, at Southwest Medical Center.
She was born Sep. 29, 1920, to Wallace and Elizabeth (Mills) Lee in Bridgeboro, N.J. and raised by her Uncle Harry and Aunt Eva.
She graduated from Middletown High School in Leonardo, N.J. and relieved an Associates degree in Business from Monmouth College in West Longbranch, N.J.
She married Spencer Glenn May 1943. He preceded her in death.
She married Eugene A. Plummer Oct. 2, 1953, at West Keansburg, N.J. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of Kingdom Hall as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
She was a professional singer and tap dancer.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by six sons, Spencer Glenn and wife, Marlene, Medford, N.J., Edward Glenn and wife, Rosemary, Junction, Texas, Gene Plummer and Debbie, Liberal, Hank Plummer and wife, Karen, Cokedale, Colo., Daniel Plummer and wife, Diane, Elmore, Ohio and James Plummer and wife, Dinah, Liberal; 20 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy Lee and Edgar Lee; two sisters, Mildred and Virginia; and one infant daughter,
o Memorial services will be at 10 a.m.Thursday at Kitch-Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel with David Vartian presiding.
Graveside services for inurnment will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Hugoton Cemetery.
Friends may sign guest register from 1 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Kitch-Brenneman Funeral Home.
