BEAVER, Okla. – Christine Janice Hill Strong, 77, died Sunday, June 20, 2010.

She was born Dec. 6, 1932, to Allison Virgil and Winie Fern (Clare) Hill in Floydada, Texas.

She married Doyle Strong Aug. 21, 1955, in Beaver, Okla. He precede her in death.

She was a homeaker.

She was a member of the Christian Church for more than 50 years.

She is survived by sons, Darrold Strong, Beaver, Okla., Eric Strong, Edmond, Okla., and Neil Strong, Tomball, Texas; daughter, Leslie Collison, Beaver; one brother, Tom Hill, Flint, Texas; two sisters, Shirley Dooley, Keller, Texas, and Kay Smith, Kinnear, Wyo.; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and many relatives and friends.

She was also preceded in death by her parents.

o Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Beaver First Christian Church with Rick Main, Eric Strong and Bill Collison presiding.

Burial will be at the Pioneer Cemetery in Beaver.
