SUBLETTE – Beverly Sue Archer, 51, died Friday, Aug. 20, 2010, at Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City.
She was born Feb. 4, 1959, to Levi and Lois E. (Wallace) Whaler in Lamar, Colo.
She married Michael Archer Feb. 3, 2007, in Sublette. He survives.
She worked as the store manager for Sublette Co-op.
She enjoyed riding motorcycles and fishing.
Other survivors include her mother; one son, Japheth Kerr and wife, Lynde, Liberal; one daughter, Nevada Bagby and husband, Randy, Sterling; one step son, Jordan Becker, Norman, Okla.; three brothers, Rick Whaler and wife, Julie, Tonganoxie, Stacy Whaler and wife, Karmin, Sublette, and Tracy Whaler and wife, Jalane, Sublette; four sisters, Kelly Birney and husband, Scott, Garden City, Peggy Eubanks and husband, Stan, Overland Park, Sherri Rome and Randy Henry, Garden City, and Dee Lamb and husband, Curtis, Garden City; five grandchildren, Michael, Rhett and Randel “R.J.” Bagby and Shay and Lukas Kerr; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
o Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Church of the Nazarene in Sublette with Dr. Bill Thomas presiding.
Burial will be at the Haskell County Cemetery in Sublette.
Friends may call until 8 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Haskell County Funeral Home.
