SALINA – Gwenda Lee Foster, 61, died Sunday, April 9, 2017, in Wichita surrounded by her family.

She was known for being a loving, caring person by many. 

Her faith and religion were an important part of her life and she also loved her family and friends. 

Survivors include her husband, Dan, of the home; son, Raymond Howell, Hutchinson; daughter, Christina Hickerson, Salina;  sisters, Debra Johnson, Junction City, and Roberta Johnson, Arizona; brother, Alan Baaseh, Florida; grandchildren: Chloe Howell, Michael Howell, Cynthia Foster and Daniel Foster; and 11 nieces and nephews.

• Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, April 24, at the Grand Avenue Methodist Church in Salina, with a luncheon to follow at noon. 

No graveside services are scheduled, as cremation has taken place.

Memorials are suggested to Grand Avenue Methodist Church at 304 W. Grand Ave, Salina, KS 67401.
