GUYMON, Okla. – Mary Jo Hintergardt, 54, died Monday, Oct. 11, 2010, at Dunaway Manor.
She was born July 16, 1956, to Mary (McGill) and Joe Ketcherside, in Guymon, Okla.
She married Paul Lee Hintergardt in 1971. He died in 1999.
She attended Guymon schools and graduated with the GHS Class of 1974. She graduated from nursing school and worked for several years as a nurse at Memorial Hospital of Texas County.
Survivors include his father; her children, Tracy Hintergardt, Temple, Okla., Jeremy Hintergardt, Guymon; three brothers, J.B. Ketcherside and wife, Darlene, Guymon, Ronnie Ketcherside, McAlester, Okla., and Jimmy Ketcherside, Grady, Ark.; three granddaughters, Cortny, Ashlyn and Autumn Hintergardt; her mother-in-law, Alene Hintergardt; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her mother and two nephews, Joseph Allen Ketcherside and John Shirley.
o Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Guymon Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Tim Brittain officiating.
Burial will be at Elmhurst Cemetery.
Friends may call all day today and Thursday morning before the service.
