Obituary


SATANTA – Jose Telesforo Sanchez. 84, died Sunday, June 25, 2017 at the Satanta District Hospital in Satanta. 

He was born Jan. 5, 1933 to Teodoro Sanchez and Margarita (Mendoza) Sanchez in El Mulato Chihuahua, Mexico. 

Survivors include six brothers: Fransico Sanchez and wife, Magdalena, New Mexico, Victor Sanchez and wife, Cruz, Garden City, Elio Sanchez, South Dakota, Lee Sanchez and wife, Carina, Garden City, Isaias Sanchez and wife, Gloria, Satanta, and Isai Sanchez and wife, Rosa, Satanta; sisters, Jacinta Sanchez, Garden City, and Manuela Payna and husband, Eduardo, Satanta; and many other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

• Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at Church of Christ in Satanta. 

Burial will take place at the Dudley Township Cemetery.

A memorial has been established for the family. Memorials may be mailed can be mailed to Paul’s-Robson Funeral Home- PO Box 747- Satanta, KS 67870. 

Paul’s-Robson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
