Phyliss L. Windle passed away on Dec. 10, 2017 in Payson, Ariz. She was born Oct. 23, 1929; raised in Kansas and moved to Payson in 2000.

She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother; who touched the lives and hearts of everyone she ever met.

Phyliss is survived by five children: Cindy Windle of Pine, Ariz., Becky Archibald (Jerry) of Evergreen, Colo., Steve Windle (Gayle) of Austin, Texas, Craig Windle (Linda) of Hudson, Colo. and Peaches Windle (Nelson Escue) of San Diego; as well as six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

• There will be a memorial service at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017 at Rim Country Health, Community Room.
