This rare 1947 Crosley entered by David Falke took home top honors in the car division during the 2010 Silver Bells Christmas Parade Saturday evening. Falke won $50 for his entry. Watch for more photos of the parade in the next few days in the Daily Leader Daily Leader photo/Robert Pierce

 

The Christmas Parade winners are as follows, with a special salute to the businesses that provided the prizes:
Grand Champion, Mead Lumber – $200 – First Southern Baptist Church float
Kids Entry, Mead Lumber – $100 – Friends Church float
Best Illumination, First National Bank – $100 – Diamond Miss float
Busy Bee Kids, First National Bank – 4-H float
Heritage Award, Heritage Real Estate – $75 – Mosaic float
Best Entertainment, EPIC/PCS – $50 – Hutch’s Convenience Stores float
Most Original, EPIC/PCS – $50 – Gary Clausen
Best Animal, Mortgages Unlimited – $50 – Fantasy Ponies
Best Car, Daily Leader – 1947 Crosley
