Workers from the Seward County Health Department congratulate Victoria Zamora-Bangs, this year’s winner of the health department’s Immunize Win a Prize contest. Zamora-Bangs won $400 toward the utility bill of her choice. To be eligible for the contest, provided through a partnership between the Kansas Department of Health and Environment Immunization Program, Kansas Health Policy Authority and Envision Digital Print, a parent’s child must complete their immunizations by age 2. Doctors’ offices in town, including Dr. Lucero, Dr. Randhawa and Dr. Husainy, are also awarding prizes.
