A gust of wind caught the trailer of a semi Friday afternoon, overturning the vehicle and sending a Texas man to the hospital. The Kansas Highway Patrol reported around 2 p.m. Patrick W. Stell, 63, of Blieblerville, Texas, was headed southbound on U.S. Highway 83 about 10 miles north of Liberal when the trail got caught in the wind and flipping  the 2012 Freightliner semi tractor. The KHP report said Stell was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. He was injured and taken to Southwest Medical Center in Liberal. L&T photos/Larry Phillips
