Clayton Lollar, 73, died Wednesday, March 4, 2009, at the Wichita Nursing Center.

He was born Jan. 20, 1936, to John Benton and Mayme Highley Lollar in Hooker, Okla. 

He attended Hooker Schools and worked at Brady’s Shoe Shop as a shoe shine boy and a shoe cobbler and later worked construction.

He played the piano and harmonica.

He is survived by two brothers, Wayne and Byron Lollar; four sisters, Alice Hayden, Esther Parker, Joye and Marie Hicks; five brothers-in-law, Sam Hayden, John Dixon, Clifton Woods and Merl Hicks and Corky Parker; and one sister-in-law, Waunita Lollar. 

o Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Hooker Cemetery with the Rev. Wayne Adalfson presiding.
